When a person expressly consents, including by giving affirmative verbal permission during an inbound telephone call, BISGEN TECH II INC. d/b/a BisGentech may send customer-care and transactional text messages related to that person's inquiry or requested services.

Messages may include:

• A requested AI and Technology Assessment scheduling link
• Responses to customer inquiries
• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Rescheduling information
• Other requested customer-care or service communications

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

BisGentech does not enroll callers in promotional or marketing text messages through the Customer Care SMS Program. Separate consent would be required before sending promotional or marketing messages.

Message frequency varies according to the recipient's inquiry, appointment activity, and requested communications.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. After a STOP request, BisGentech may send one final confirmation message.
